1、Exhibitors need to fill out and submit a complete Exhibition Application Form with signature and seal to the Organizer via fax or scanned email.
2、After receiving the Organizer’s acknowledgement, exhibitors should pay the exhibit fee to the account of the Organizer within 3 working days.
3、Exhibitors can choose their booth from the unreserved booths.
4、After paying the booth fee, exhibitors should send an electronic copy of the payment receipt to the Organizer.
5、After the payment is settled, the Organizer will send an electronic version of the “Exhibitor Manual” to the exhibitor one month before the exhibition opens.
